Positional group training

At VolleyWisconsin, our group training sessions are designed to provide high-quality instruction in a competitive, small-group environment. Standard group sizes range from 3–6 athletes, unless otherwise noted, allowing players to receive individualized coaching while benefiting from game-like drills, increased repetitions, and competitive play.

Sessions are organized by age and skill level to ensure athletes train with others at a similar stage of development.
